CURRENT: Free the Fosters has successfully rescued well over a dozen cats so far by bringing them through the fooshelter and out for readoption into loving forever homes of their very own : Jacob, Jasper, Charliee, and Scooter from the deleted account of bellaisheartbroken, and abandoned cats Alex, Precious, JJ, and Shelby have all been placed in loving homes, along with Citrus, who was member-deleted for no clear reason after months of devoted foster care, and numerous parents and siblings of kittens that have come to our shelter here and at SistersKittens. Esme, Rosalie, and Prince from bellaisheartboken are currently in the fooshelter awaiting rescue, as well as Citrus' friend Nalla and other siblings and parents of our shelter cats. We thank all of the many members who have worked with us in this effort to give these deserving animals a chance at a caring owner and a real home.
PENDING: we are presently working on the next Free the Fosters groups, and are also embarking on A Family Affair, an effort to free an entire family that have been in the fooshelter since before their kittens were even born. It appears that the member who bred them discovered that crossbred kittens didn't bring good prices, and scrapped them...these 5 kittens have never been fed, or petted, or even opened their eyes - and we WILL save them and their parents and place them in homes where they will get the love and attention they should never have had to do without.
this just in a little 0/5 calico, who has been thrown away THREE times and is on the verge of being condemned to the fooshelter yet again is now shortlisted for rescue: as of today (Sun 7/18) she has 3 days to be saved...we messaged the member and offered to pay the fee and buy her, we'll see what happens. her profile follows...

Found on an abandoned account. Thankfully she was left on public sale so that she could be rescued. Now this pretty little girl needs a “forever” home with someone who will spoil her with all of the love and attention she never got from her former owner.
UPDATE: The person who adopted her from me sent me a msg and asked me to buy her back because it “wasn’t working out”. So she is once again, looking for a “forever” home. Please don’t adopt her if you don’t plan to keep her.
Thank you ROAB for finding her so that she could be rescued :)"
...obviously this person cruelly tricked both the member shelter that entrusted her to them and the cat as well...this sweet girl, along with several of her littermates already in the fooshelter, have now joined BetaHelperAnnie at the head of our Rescue List.
